As a 52 years old active lady, I never stopped my fitness journey. I found a lot of changes in my body after my brain tumor operation, 13 years back. However, long story in short ...Until I joined Diva in making group in 2015, I knew nothing about Macros and Micros (nutrition). Then I decided to start weight loss and got to know this wonderful group. As a group leader, Renu used to run monthly and weekly challenges. During those sessions, her motive was to spread awareness and the importance of Nutrition, a Healthy Diet, and exercises, together with how they help in maintaining perfect health. Finally, I lost 10 kg. Now I am 66.5kg. My target is 64kg. Will achieve it too with the help of this amazing Renu Diva.

I have known Renu for almost 8 years now. It's really good to be part of the group she runs. She has tremendous knowledge about food, micros, and exercise too. Being part of group challenges really helped me a lot to improve my knowledge about what to eat, make a habit to drink at least 3 liters of water, and keeping myself active 5-6 days of the week with different types of exercise. Renu didn't only run challenges for weight loss but her challenges really helped to keep me positive during my personal ups and downs too. Healthy mind challenge changed my whole routine in a good way: I have started meditation, pranayam daily and I really feel calm and energetic. Skincare, hair care, and feet care was the best part of her one challenge. I started taking care of my skin, hair, and mostly feet because of challenges.

Renu has got to be one of the most motivated and upbeat people that I have ever met and this is what attracted me to her. Her infectious positivity and persistent push towards consistency are what you need every day in the morning! Although I trained regularly anyway, I value Renu’s encouragement particularly on those dull and gloomy weather days here in London. She is always able to come up with new and interesting ideas to lead us to healthy and mindful living. Apart from regular exercise regimes, Renu has also helped us understand a huge deal about how a healthy diet and routine can help us maintaining mental fitness up and running. It makes a big difference to the effectiveness of a trainer if they understand your diet, lifestyle, and exercise plan - making it more of a holistic exercise program than one hour of sweat.
